Eventbrite is the tool I use to advertise my upcoming events. It is free to use and has a lot of features to help you promote your event such as banner links to websites, links to social media sites, and you can setup links to various email accounts to send targeted email invitations. It also has a feature to charge various prices for tickets including discounts if attendee uses special promotion codes. Proceeds from ticket sales can be transfered to your paypal account.
