Homestead Verification Allen County Indiana

Beginning in 2013, individuals and married couples may lose their homestead deduction if they do not complete the homestead verification form.  In 2009, HEA 1344-2009 was passed and requires that taxpayers verify their residency and eligibility for the homestead deduction.
